Indiana Jones rides into Cannes film festival

CANNES, France (Reuters) - Whip-wielding archaeologist Indiana Jones rides into Cannes on Sunday, with star Harrison Ford, director Steven Spielberg and creator George Lucas hoping to avoid a critical lashing.

    CANNES, France (Reuters) - His new movie "Vicky Cristina Barcelona" deals with women, men and multiple lovers, but when it comes to real-life romance, director Woody Allen, 75, says more than a single sex partner is far too many these days.

    LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - The second movie in the "Chronicles of Narnia" movie series took a commanding early lead at the weekend box office in North America, but will likely fall short of industry expectations, according to preliminary data issued on Saturday.

    CANNES, France (Reuters) - Harrison Ford reprises his most famous film role in the new Indiana Jones adventure, and there will be no hiding the fact that he is nearly 20 years older than his last outing as the whip-wielding archaeologist.
